個人レッスン

一人ひとりの目標やペースに合わせたマンツーマンレッスンを行っています。

ベーシックは気軽に始めたい方、スタンダードはじっくり取り組みたい方におすすめです。

グループレッスンは、ご家族やご友人など一緒にお申し込みいただいた2名までを対象とします。他の生徒様との合同グループレッスンは実施しておりません。

オンラインはZoomを基本とし、LINEビデオ通話などにも対応します。レッスン時間には接続・準備・終了の時間を含みます。

レッスンについて

• レッスンは月2回から受講いただけます。
• 月3回・月4回など、ご希望に合わせた回数での受講も可能です。
• 上記金額は設備費1,500円（税込・1回分）を含んでいます。
• プラン変更は前月10日までにご連絡ください。
• 保護者様の入室：1,000円（税込）／1レッスン。初回は「入室なし」または「毎回入室」を原則とし、その後の変更は事前にご相談ください。
• 発表会などのイベント参加費は別途となります。

• 初回は登録料および2か月分の月謝をお支払いいただきます。
• 初回のお支払い期限は、専用フォームに表示される日付をご確認ください。
• 3か月目以降は、毎月20日までに翌月分の月謝をお振り込みください。
• お支払いいただいた登録料・月謝・設備費・教材費・イベント参加費等は原則として返金いたしかねません。ただし、法令上返金が必要な場合や当教室の事情による休講等については、個別に対応します。

初回のお支払い手続き

ご入会が決まった方は、以下の専用フォームでプラン・レッスン回数・初回のお支払い金額と期限をご確認ください。

振込先

※振込手数料はご負担をお願いいたします。三菱UFJダイレクト・ことら送金では、利用条件により手数料が無料となる場合があります。

• 欠席される場合は、レッスン開始前までにご連絡ください。
• 欠席・遅刻・早退による返金はいたしかねます。
• 振替レッスンは原則として実施しておりません。
• 体調不良などやむを得ない事情がある場合は、当教室の判断により個別に対応する場合があります。

• ご入会後3か月以内の退会は原則としてできません。
• 休会・退会の申請期限は、希望月の前月10日23時59分までです。
• 申請は以下の専用フォームから行ってください。
• 申請日はGoogleフォームの送信日時を基準とします。
• 期限を過ぎた申請は翌月以降の取り扱いとなります。
• 休会期間は最長6か月です。
• お支払い済みの月謝等は原則返金できません。ただし、法令上必要な場合等は除きます。
• 申請内容を確認後、正式な退会日・休会期間をご案内します。

退会・休会のお手続き

申請期限：希望月の前月10日23時59分まで

• 教材費が必要な場合は実費をご負担いただきます。
• 発表会・イベント等に参加される場合は、月謝とは別に参加費等が必要となる場合があります。

• レッスン中のケガ・事故・体調不良・貴重品の紛失・盗難等について、当教室は故意または過失の程度その他法令に従い対応します。
• お子さまの送迎や待機中の管理については、保護者の方にお願いいたします。

• 生徒または保護者の故意または過失により、施設・備品・楽器等を破損した場合は、状況に応じて修理費または実費をご負担いただく場合があります。
• 講師または第三者へ損害を与えた場合も、法令に従い必要な賠償をお願いする場合があります。

次のいずれかに該当すると当教室が判断した場合は、レッスンの受講をお断りし、除籍とさせていただく場合があります。

• 他の生徒や講師への迷惑行為
• 教室運営を著しく妨げる行為
• 月謝等の長期未納
• その他、継続的な受講が困難と判断される行為

除籍となった場合は、再入会をお断りすることがあります。

講師の急病、災害、交通機関の運休、感染症の流行、天候不良、その他やむを得ない事情によりレッスンを実施できない場合は、振替レッスンまたは別日程での実施など、当教室が適切と判断する方法で対応いたします。

当教室は、必要に応じて本規約を変更する場合があります。変更にあたっては、法令に従って適切な方法で周知し、効力発生日をお知らせします。

Registration

¥5,000 (tax included, one time).

Lesson plans

• Private lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and pace.
• Group lessons are available for up to two family members or friends registering together. Students from separate registrations are not combined.
• Online lessons are primarily held via Zoom; LINE video calls may also be available. Lesson duration includes connection, preparation and wrap-up time.
• A minimum of two lessons per month applies. Three or more lessons may be arranged.
• Request plan changes by the 10th of the previous month.
• Parent/guardian attendance costs an additional ¥1,000 per lesson. Initially choose either no attendance or attendance at every lesson; discuss subsequent changes in advance.
• Recital and event fees are separate.

• The first payment consists of the registration fee plus two months of lesson fees.
• The initial payment deadline is displayed in the first-payment form.
• From the third month onward, pay the following month’s tuition by the 20th of each month.
• Paid fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where an individual arrangement is appropriate, including school-initiated cancellations.

First payment form

After enrollment is confirmed, please review your lesson selections, calculated total and payment deadline.

Bank account

Bank transfer fees are the payer’s responsibility. MUFG Direct or Kotora transfers may be free depending on eligibility and service conditions.

• Please notify us before the lesson begins if you cannot attend.
• No refunds are provided for absences, late arrivals or early departures.
• Make-up lessons are generally unavailable.
• In unavoidable circumstances, individual arrangements may be made at our discretion.

• Withdrawal within the first three months is generally not permitted.
• Submit requests by 11:59 p.m. on the 10th of the month before the requested suspension or withdrawal month.
• Use the designated Google Form; its submission timestamp determines the application date.
• Late requests will be processed for a later month.
• Suspension is available for up to six months.
• Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.
• We will confirm the effective withdrawal date or suspension period after reviewing the submission.

• Materials, if required, are charged at cost.
• Recital and event participation fees are charged separately from monthly lesson fees.

Injuries, accidents, illness and loss or theft of belongings will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances, including any fault attributable to Musica Sketches. Parents and guardians are responsible for transportation and supervision while waiting.

Students or guardians may be required, in accordance with applicable law, to cover repair costs or damages caused intentionally or negligently to facilities, instruments, instructors or third parties.

Enrollment may be discontinued for harassment, serious disruption of lessons or operations, prolonged nonpayment, or other conduct making continued instruction impracticable. Re-enrollment may be declined.

If lessons cannot take place due to instructor illness, natural disasters, transport disruption or other unavoidable circumstances, we will arrange a make-up lesson, alternate date or other appropriate response.

These regulations may be amended when necessary. Changes and their effective dates will be communicated appropriately in accordance with applicable law.
