レッスン利用規約

本規約は、ムジカスケッチ（以下「当教室」といいます）が提供するレッスンをご利用いただくすべての方に適用されます。

ご入会・ご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとします。

1. レッスン料金について

登録料

登録料：5,000円（税込・初回のみ）

個人レッスン

ムジカスケッチでは、一人ひとりの目標やペースに合わせたマンツーマンレッスンを行っています。

ベーシックプラン（ムジカスケッチサロン限定）

1回（45分）
レッスン料：4,000円（税込）

「まずは気軽に始めたい」「無理なく続けたい」という方におすすめのプランです。

スタンダードプラン

1回（60分）
レッスン料：5,000円（税込）

じっくりレッスンを受けたい方や、しっかり上達を目指したい方におすすめのプランです。

グループレッスン（2名まで）

1回（60分）
レッスン料：4,000円（税込）／1名

ご家族やご友人など、ご一緒にお申し込みいただいた2名まで受講いただけます。

※他の生徒様との合同グループレッスンは実施しておりません。

オンラインレッスン

1回（60分）
レッスン料：4,000円（税込）

Zoomを基本としておりますが、LINEビデオ通話など、ご利用いただきやすい方法でも対応しております。

※レッスン時間には、接続・準備・終了にかかる時間を含みます。

レッスンについて

レッスンは月2回から受講いただけます。
運営設備費：1,500円（税込）／1回
月3回・月4回など、ご希望に合わせた回数での受講も可能です。
プラン変更をご希望の場合は、前月10日までにご連絡ください。
保護者の方の見学：1,000円（税込）／1回
発表会などのイベント参加費は別途となります。

2. お支払いについて

初回は、登録料および2か月分の月謝をお支払いいただきます。
以降は、毎月25日までに翌月分の月謝をお振込みください。
お支払いいただいた登録料・月謝・設備費・教材費・イベント参加費等は、理由の如何を問わず返金いたしかねます。

3. 欠席について

欠席される場合は、レッスン開始前までにご連絡ください。
欠席・遅刻・早退による返金はいたしかねます。
振替レッスンは原則として実施しておりません。
体調不良などやむを得ない事情がある場合は、当教室の判断により個別に対応する場合があります。

4. 休会・退会について

ご入会後3か月以内の退会はできません。
休会・退会をご希望の場合は、前月10日までにご連絡ください。
休会期間は最長6か月です。
ご連絡なくお休みされた場合も、月謝は発生いたします。

5. 教材費・イベントについて

教材費が必要な場合は、実費をご負担いただきます。
発表会・イベント等へ参加される場合は、月謝とは別に参加費等が必要となる場合があります。

6. 免責事項

レッスン中のケガ・事故・体調不良・貴重品の紛失・盗難等について、当教室は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いかねます。
お子さまの送迎や待機中の管理については、保護者の責任でお願いいたします。

7. 損害賠償について

生徒または保護者の故意または過失により、施設・備品・楽器等を破損した場合は、修理費または実費をご負担いただく場合があります。
講師または第三者へ損害を与えた場合も、必要に応じて損害賠償をご請求する場合があります。

8. 除籍について

次のいずれかに該当すると当教室が判断した場合は、レッスンの受講をお断りし、除籍とさせていただく場合があります。

他の生徒や講師への迷惑行為
教室運営を著しく妨げる行為
月謝等の長期未納
その他、継続的な受講が困難と判断される行為

除籍となった場合は、再入会をお断りすることがあります。

9. 講師都合・災害等による休講について

講師の急病、災害、交通機関の運休、感染症の流行、天候不良、その他やむを得ない事情によりレッスンを実施できない場合は、振替レッスンまたは別日程での実施など、当教室が適切と判断する方法で対応いたします。

10. 規約の変更について

当教室は、必要に応じて本規約を変更する場合があります。

変更後の内容は、本ホームページへ掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Lesson Regulations (English)

Thank you for choosing Musica Sketches.

These regulations apply to all students using our lessons. By enrolling in or attending lessons, you agree to these terms.

1. Lesson Fees

Registration Fee

Registration Fee: ¥5,000 (tax included / one-time payment)

Private Lessons

We offer one-on-one lessons tailored to each student’s goals and individual pace.

Basic Plan (Musica Sketches Salon only)

1 lesson (45 minutes)
Lesson Fee: ¥4,000 (tax included)

Recommended for those who want to get started casually and enjoy learning at a comfortable pace.

Standard Plan

1 lesson (60 minutes)
Lesson Fee: ¥5,000 (tax included)

Recommended for those who prefer more time to focus on their lessons and work steadily toward their goals.

Group Lessons (up to 2 students)

1 lesson (60 minutes)
Lesson Fee: ¥4,000 per person (tax included)

Available for up to two family members or friends who apply together.

We do not combine students from separate applications for group lessons.

Online Lessons

1 lesson (60 minutes)
Lesson Fee: ¥4,000 (tax included)

Lessons are primarily conducted via Zoom, but LINE video calls and other convenient options are also available.

Lesson time includes connection setup, preparation, and wrap-up time.

Lesson Information

Lessons are available from a minimum of 2 lessons per month.
Facility and administration fee: ¥1,500 per lesson (tax included)
3 or 4 lessons per month are also available upon request.
Lesson plan changes must be requested by the 10th of the previous month.
Parent/guardian observation: ¥1,000 per lesson (tax included)
Fees for recitals and other events are charged separately.

2. Payment

The first payment includes the registration fee and two months of lesson fees.
Thereafter, lesson fees must be paid by the 25th of each month for the following month.
Registration fees, lesson fees, facility fees, material fees, and event fees are non-refundable.

3. Absences

Please notify us before your lesson begins if you need to be absent.
No refunds are provided for absences, late arrivals, or early departures.
Make-up lessons are generally not available.
In unavoidable circumstances, we may provide individual arrangements at our discretion.

4. Suspension & Withdrawal

Withdrawal is not permitted within the first three months after enrollment.
Requests for suspension or withdrawal must be made by the 10th of the previous month.
Suspension is available for up to six months.

5. Materials & Events

Teaching materials are charged at cost.
Event and recital fees are separate from monthly lesson fees.

6. Liability

Musica Sketches is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or theft of personal belongings unless caused by our gross negligence.

7. Compensation

Students or guardians may be required to compensate for damage caused to facilities, instruments, instructors, or third parties.

8. Removal

Students who seriously disrupt lessons or school operations may be removed from Musica Sketches and may not be permitted to re-enroll.

9. Lesson Cancellation

If lessons cannot be held due to instructor illness, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will arrange a make-up lesson or another appropriate alternative whenever possible.

10. Changes to These Regulations

Musica Sketches reserves the right to amend these regulations. Any changes become effective once published on this website.
